My daughter had a hardcover ESV Student Study Bible. She asked if I could rebind it in something more girly. I had just gotten a pearly-white goatskin and I wanted to do something with it. She liked it and asked if I could do a pink liner, too.
The result was this really pretty and unique Bible. The feel is as soft and durable as would be expected from a goatskin. The pink lambskin liner was also on the heavier side which adds to its overall exquisite feel and joy to hold. The pink hand-stitched edge tied it all together nicely. I also hand-tied the head and end bands in white and pink and added two white ribbons and one pink.
