My utmost concern is that all of my clients and customers are completely satisfied with the work they receive from me. If there is anything I can do to make sure every client or customer is thoroughly pleased with their purchase, I will make it right.

That is a guarantee for the life of the work.

Commissioned Work

Commissioned work is when a client entrusts a Bible or book to me to restore or recover according to the customizations they selected before the work begins. The client and I will look closely at the work to be done, I’ll give a fair estimate of the time and cost involved which includes labor and materials. The schedule will start when the piece is delivered to me.

As a craftsman, an artist, I understand a client’s vision and the resulting work may not be totally inline. That said, I will work with each client throughout the lifecycle of the project and strive to keep them fully informed every step of the way. The last thing either of us wants is to get to the end of the project only to find it is not quite right.

Purchased Work

Items sold on eBay or through other means come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee. The buyer will have to return the item in the same condition as it was initially sold to them. The buyer and I will coordinate the return through the online vendor (e.g., eBay) or through some other arrangement. When a buyer contacts me wishing for a refund, I will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. When I receive the item, a refund will be issued. I am transparent throughout the selling process and list all items as fully and honestly as possible. I seek to live in integrity, my work and how I represent it in the marketplace, are reflections of that commitment.

Shipping

Items shipped, whether commissioned or purchased, are fully insured and tracking is provided as available. All items shipped by me will be in the exact condition as represented at the point of sale. Should an item become damaged through shipping, the buyer should contact me as soon as possible. We will then work with the shipping provider to make it right.
